All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds.

CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders are processed within 4 to 6 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
AF Handiworks is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed items once they have shipped. In the event your package is delayed, please contact the courier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) with your tracking number provided in your shipping email.
Please make sure you enter the correct address when placing your order. Incorrect addresses may cause a delay with your shipment. We do not refund or discount shipping costs for delayed packages. Please keep in mind we will not change the shipping address once your order is placed. If your package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for returned packages due to an incorrect address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate information is entered when placing the order.
